Q. What are your shipping rates?
We offer flat rate shipping of only $9.95 on all orders in Australia. This means that you can order as much as you like and that is all you will pay for shipping.
Q. How long does it normally take for an order to arrive?
Allow 2 – 5 business days for regular shipping and processing.
For orders with customisation please allow an extra 2 – 4 weeks.
Delivery occurs during business days – Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays.
Q. Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
Australia – yes we can ship to a P.O. box.
Canada, USA, NZ and South Africa – No we cannot ship to a P.O. box.
Please note: that any orders being delivered to a P.O. Box address can take an additional 2-3 business days to arrive.
Q. Which countries do you ship to?
Currently we ship to Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Canada and the United States.
Q. How will my product be packaged?
All possible care is taken when packaging your order. It is our goal to ensure that it arrives as safely as possible. If for any reason your shipment arrives damaged please contact Customer Service within 10 days of its arrival.
Q. What do I do if I have received a faulty or damaged item.
If there is anything wrong with an order that you have received please contact customer service within 7 days.
